Fees
A free 30-minute consultation is available to discuss your situation, answer questions, and determine whether mediation is a good fit.
Mediation sessions are billed at $150 per hour. Fees are typically shared equally between participants, though other arrangements may be made if both participants agree.
Mediation sessions are typically scheduled in 2-hour blocks.
Payment
Payment is collected in advance of the mediation session in order to reserve the appointment time.
Once a mediation session is scheduled, each participant will receive a secure payment link. Payment must be completed before the session begins.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and electronic payment.
Sliding Scale
A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please mention this during the consultation if it would be helpful.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a mediation session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Neutrality
Fees are typically shared between participants. Payment arrangements do not affect the mediator’s neutrality. The mediator remains impartial and does not advocate for either participant.
